- 3 large Zucchini
- 2 large Eggs
Dipping Sauce
- 1/3 cup(s) Mayonaise
- 1 Tbsp(s) Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp(s) Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp(s) Salt
- 1 tsp(s) Black Pepper
Breading
- 2 cup(s) Plain Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup(s) Basil, dried
- 1 1/2 tsp(s) Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp(s) Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp(s) Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp(s) Salt
Baked Zucchini Crisps Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Combine the dip ingredients and refridgerate. Combine the breading ingredients and set aside.
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4" thick slices.
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Dip each slice into the egg wash and then toss in the breading. Arrange the breaded zucchini on a oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip each slice. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with the dipping sauce.
