Red Raspberry Ice Cream
This is an egg free recipe. I use a Krups electric Ice Cream Maker which makes the job simple. Feel free to replace the raspberries with any fruit. To make a healthier ice cream use 2% milk and half & half.

- 1 1/2 cup(s) Heavy Cream
- 1 cup(s) Half & Half
- 12 oz(s) Red Raspberries, frozen
- 2 tsp(s) Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
Red Raspberry Ice Cream Directions
- In a blender pour, the heavy cream and half & half. Add the sugar and vanilla. Top with the sugar. Blend until creamy a thoughly mixed.
- Pour in ice cream maker and run 30 minutes or until thick and creamy.
