Pork Loin Sous Vide


An absolutly succulent way to cook a pork loin. This is the best pork rub I've ever had.

Pork Loin Sous Vide


For 8 Person(s)


  • 3 Tbsp(s) Brown Sugar
  • 4 1/2 tsp(s) Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp(s) Black Pepper, course grind
  • 1 tsp(s) Ginger, ground
  • 1 tsp(s) Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp(s) Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp(s) Salt
  • 1/2 tsp(s) Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Red Pepper, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp(s) Paprika
  • 1 dash(es) Thyme, dried

Pork Loin Sous Vide Directions

  1. Mix all ingredents together to make a rub.
  2. Rub the pork loin making sure you get some rub on the inside. Vaccumn seal the pork loin and refridgerate to marinate a few hours or overnight.
  3. Set Sous Vide to 137° F for medium rare. Place the vaccumn sealed bag in and set the timer for 5-6 hours.
