3 large Zucchini
2 large Eggs

Dipping Sauce

0.33 cup(s) Mayonaise
1 Tbsp(s) Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp(s) Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp(s) Salt
1 tsp(s) Black Pepper

Breading

2 cup(s) Plain Bread Crumbs
0.75 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated
0.33 cup(s) Basil, dried
1.5 tsp(s) Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp(s) Black Pepper
1 Tbsp(s) Garlic Powder
1 tsp(s) Salt

Baked Zucchini Crisps Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Combine the dip ingredients and refridgerate. Combine the breading ingredients and set aside.
  2. Slice the zucchini into 1/4" thick slices.
  3. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  4. Dip each slice into the egg wash and then toss in the breading. Arrange the breaded zucchini on a oiled baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip each slice. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with the dipping sauce.
