Butternut Squash Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the squash in half length-wise. Place cut side down in a glass baking dish. Add water about 1/3 of the way up the side of the squash.
  3. Bake for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until tender to a fork.
