2 medium cooked chicken breast
5 cup(s) chicken broth
1 large chopped onion
2 clove(s) chopped garlic cloves
4 oz(s) diced green chile
75 oz(s) canned white bean (Great Northern)
1 Tbsp(s) ground oregano
1 Tbsp(s) ground cumin
0.5 Tbsp(s) red pepper flakes
0.5 lb(s) shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
0.5 pint(s) sour cream
0.5 pint(s) salsa

White Bean Chicken Chili Directions

  1. Combine the chicken broth, onion, garlic, green chilies, white beans, oregano, cumin and red pepper flakes. Simmer for one hour. Add the shredded chicken breast to soup. Cook for additional 15 minutes.
  2. Ladle into serving bowls and top with cheese, sour cream and salsa.
