2 rack(s) Pork Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back Ribs Directions

  1. Remove the membrane on the back of each rack. Sliding a spoon on the bone may help get under the membrane.
  2.  Cut each rack into pieces of 3-4 bones each.
  3. Vacuumn pack the ribs. If you put two pieces in the bag on top of each other, make sure the meat part is facing the outside of the bag.
  4. Sous Vide for 24 hours at 152°F.
