Baby Back Ribs Directions
- Remove the membrane on the back of each rack. Sliding a spoon on the bone may help get under the membrane.
- Cut each rack into pieces of 3-4 bones each.
- Vacuumn pack the ribs. If you put two pieces in the bag on top of each other, make sure the meat part is facing the outside of the bag.
- Sous Vide for 24 hours at 152°F.
