3 Tbsp(s) Brown Sugar
4.5 tsp(s) Granulated Sugar
1.25 tsp(s) Black Pepper, course grind
1 tsp(s) Ginger, ground
1 tsp(s) Garlic Powder
1 tsp(s) Onion Powder
0.5 tsp(s) Salt
0.5 tsp(s) Dry Mustard
0.25 tsp(s) Cayenne Pepper
0.25 tsp(s) Red Pepper, crushed
0.25 tsp(s) Cumin
0.25 tsp(s) Paprika
1 dash(es) Thyme, dried

Pork Loin Sous Vide Directions

  1. Mix all ingredents together to make a rub.
  2. Rub the pork loin making sure you get some rub on the inside. Vaccumn seal the pork loin and refridgerate to marinate a few hours or overnight.
  3. Set Sous Vide to 137° F for medium rare. Place the vaccumn sealed bag in and set the timer for 5-6 hours.
