| 3 Tbsp(s) Brown Sugar |
| 4.5 tsp(s) Granulated Sugar |
| 1.25 tsp(s) Black Pepper, course grind |
| 1 tsp(s) Ginger, ground |
| 1 tsp(s) Garlic Powder |
| 1 tsp(s) Onion Powder |
| 0.5 tsp(s) Salt |
| 0.5 tsp(s) Dry Mustard |
| 0.25 tsp(s) Cayenne Pepper |
| 0.25 tsp(s) Red Pepper, crushed |
| 0.25 tsp(s) Cumin |
| 0.25 tsp(s) Paprika |
| 1 dash(es) Thyme, dried |
Pork Loin Sous Vide Directions
- Mix all ingredents together to make a rub.
- Rub the pork loin making sure you get some rub on the inside. Vaccumn seal the pork loin and refridgerate to marinate a few hours or overnight.
- Set Sous Vide to 137° F for medium rare. Place the vaccumn sealed bag in and set the timer for 5-6 hours.
