Dirty Rice Directions
- Brown the beef and pork in the oil. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Pour out the drippings.
- Melt the butter and saute the onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Add spices and cook 10 minutes.
- Return browned meat and add pork stock and rice. Lower the heat, cover and simmer 18 minutes.
