3 medium bananas
0.33 cup(s) melted butter
0.75 cup(s) sugar
1 medium egg
1 tsp(s) vanilla
1 tsp(s) baking soda
pinch(es) salt
0.75 cup(s) chopped walnuts
1.5 cup(s) all-purpose flour

Easiest Banana Bread Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Using a potato masher, mash bananas and add melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, egg, and and vanilla. Mix well. Sprinkle batter with baking soda and salt and mix in. Add the flour and walnuts; mix.
  2. Pour batter into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool on a rack, remove from pan, slice and serve.
